Delivery Information

Delivery Overview

Afrisale Distributor is committed to delivering all orders quickly and efficiently through our trusted network of logistics and cargo partners.

Standard Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered within 5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (and also in line with the delivery company).

Customers will receive a confirmation message once their order has been dispatched.

Next-Day Delivery

Available for select locations and confirmed orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Additional delivery charges may apply for next-day delivery services.

Customers will receive a tracking number or delivery update upon dispatch.

Delivery Process

All deliveries are handled through approved cargo and logistics companies.

Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery and confirm receipt.

Any issues should be reported to Afrisale Distributors within 24 hours of delivery.
