REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of wholesale food products, refunds and returns are handled carefully.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved cases will be replaced at our discretion (on subsequent orders) as we do not offer refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods and opened food items cannot be returned.
