Payment Terms

  • Afrisale Distributor allows trade credit agreement with customers for a period of 7 days, 14 days or 30 days depending on agreed terms.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, or Approved Trade Account.
  • Late payments may incur an administrative fee or interest charge as permitted under UK law.
  • Order Processing

  • Orders can be placed via our website (linked to email and WhatsApp orders), or by phone.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
  • Product Quality and Authenticity

  • Afrisale Distributor guarantees that all goods are authentic and sourced from approved importers and cargo companies.
  • Each batch is checked for packaging integrity, labeling, and expiration dates before dispatch.
  • Damages and Replacements

  • Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report damages or shortages within 24 hours.
  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Qualified damaged or defective goods will be discussed as replacement depends on the circumstances (for example where you keep the product, a reduced refund or replacement can be sent on future orders).
  • Returns and Refunds

  • We do not offer refund for damaged goods, we will offer replacement for damaged items on subsequent orders.
  • Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, the customer will be responsible for any restocking or return fees.
