Payment Terms
Afrisale Distributor allows trade credit agreement with customers for a period of 7 days, 14 days or 30 days depending on agreed terms.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, or Approved Trade Account.
Late payments may incur an administrative fee or interest charge as permitted under UK law.
Order Processing
Orders can be placed via our website (linked to email and WhatsApp orders), or by phone.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
Product Quality and Authenticity
Afrisale Distributor guarantees that all goods are authentic and sourced from approved importers and cargo companies.
Each batch is checked for packaging integrity, labeling, and expiration dates before dispatch.
Damages and Replacements
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report damages or shortages within 24 hours.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
Qualified damaged or defective goods will be discussed as replacement depends on the circumstances (for example where you keep the product, a reduced refund or replacement can be sent on future orders).
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refund for damaged goods, we will offer replacement for damaged items on subsequent orders.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched.
Once dispatched, the customer will be responsible for any restocking or return fees.
